Cheese Burger from Nourish Magazine

This one is an old Kiwi favourite, never fails at a BBQ, and the kids love it!  You can either fry it in the pan like the recipe says, or just bake it in the over, which I personally prefer because whenever I try and fry it the burger patty falls apart!

The aioli is a yummy added extra, and a handy recipe to have.  And don’t forget the pesto and gherkins!   Favourites on any burger.

Ingredients are:

500g of beef mince
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup tomato sauce
1 Tblspn Worcester sauce
½ onion, finely sliced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
